STRATEGIC CREATIVE COORDINATOR

Reports To: Creative Director
Type: Part-Time (5 hours/day, Remote / Flixable active hours: 11am to 5pm)
Nature of Work: Full Dedication and Responsiveness

 
Job Summary
Carbony Studios is seeking a Strategic Creative Coordinator to enhance alignment and collaboration between the creative and strategy teams. Leveraging expertise in branding from both a design and strategic perspective, this role will focus on streamlining workflows, fostering synergy, and supporting seamless execution of creative projects. Working closely with the Creative Director, the facilitator ensures that both teams work in harmony to achieve unified goals without overlap or conflict of leadership.

Facilitation, collaboration, and alignment between strategy and creative teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Strategy Alignment
1. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and implement workflows that support efficient collaboration between strategy and creative teams.
2. Define and recommend clear roles and responsibilities during the development of strategy and design processes to improve team synergy.
3. Act as a facilitator between the strategy and creative teams, ensuring mutual understanding of project objectives and feasibility of execution.
4. Support the creative team in aligning their outputs with strategic goals, while following to the Creative Director’s vision for consistency and quality.
5. Safeguard the integrity of Carbony Studios’ brand strategy, identity, and execution by working closely with the Creative Director and project teams.
6. Facilitate collaborative sessions, ensuring that strategic insights are effectively translated into creative solutions under the Creative Director’s leadership.
7. Provide input on brand identity projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, supporting the Creative Director’s creative direction.
8. Organize and guide cross-functional briefing sessions to establish clarity and alignment across teams.
 
Client Servicing
1. Partner with the account team during presentations for major branding and creative projects, offering strategic insights to enhance client confidence.
 
Team Development
1. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to creative team members in collaboration with the Creative Director to improve strategy-driven branding skills.
2. Collaborate with HR to design technical training programs, select trainers, and ensure training aligns with team development goals.
3. Participate in the hiring process by interviewing creative candidates to assess alignment with Carbony Studios’ standards and vision.
