Lazord is a pastry shop known as the best-in-class baker of French bakeries & sweets like cakes, tarts, and chocolates. Lazord has premium positioning.

Lazrod developed a new strategy to open new stores attracting new audiences & communicate exclusivity with middle-aged consumers, which require a new look & feel.

It was time to revamp Lazord. We studied the brand name and found it to be known as a deep metamorphic rock used as a semi-precious stone. We came up with the idea to connect the meaning of the Lazord stone with the business type. By stretching the letter (O) to form a shape of the Lazord stone and merging three small half-circles inside to give the impression of a French baguette bread in the space, using the classic semiotic technique.
